Hotel is rated average for me their are no staff present except in morning plastic chairs and no elevator there are many hotels to choose from I would not stay again

It was clean, everything was functioning well. There is someone at the reception in the morning. There were four loud partying guest upstairs. My son tried to negitiate with them to be silent at around midnight. Without success. Help from the receptionist would have come handy, if there had been one! The telephone number, that was to call, didn't answer late at night. So my son didn't sleep.
